ROCS' appearance on Jay Chou's World Tour Concert Singapore really rocked the Indoor Stadium. Ok, at least Block T37.

A few photos of ROCS were caught on camera before the concert started. Surprisingly, given the superstar status of ROCS, they were super friendly to whoever took these pictures.

Superstars on the Outside, Fans Within

It was not hard to tell ROCS are just like any other fans of Jay Chou. Light sticks, cameras and serious preparation looks were spotted on everyone of the group of five.

ROCS Atmosphere

When the concert started, ROCS were seen waving their light sticks and the green "I ♥ U JAY" hand cut-outs furiously while singing along with Jay Chou.

Fans at the same block of the stadium lifted their spirits when ROCS started standing up, cheering and dancing for Jay. Soon after, only around 30% of that block of audience were left seated boringly and stony, and that highly contrasted the ROCS atmosphere.

"We had a fun night screaming for Jay. But overall, if Jolin's concert earned a 4.5/5 Sandeestars, Jay's only worthed 3." Sandeestar said.

"Mayday's concert was way better." Roundbun commented.

"I think we make better guests than Nan Quan Ma Ma." OLC concluded.

Seemed like only Chubby loved Jay wholeheartedly. When asked, she said,

"Maybe I haven't been to many concerts, but I have enjoyed myself thoroughly tonight."

Linda's Big Day!

/ Saturday, January 12, 2008 /
A bit of LONG summary here wahaha.

Linda was my lower seconday school classmate and one fine day, after years of losing touch, she found me through Friendster (one of the dead accounts of mine) last year and messaged me. Clever enough of her, she left a message at the Chatterbox on this page and that was how we contacted each other again.

Then this year, around one week before her actual big day (12 Jan 2008), she called and asked me to be in for her team bride recruitment. Really, I have never done this before though I have already been bridesmaid twice, and so I agreed like immediately as I knew it would be fun.

Hehe and on her big day itself, things went really well with Yishan's (chairman of team bride) coordination. I must say, Yishan really put in a lot of effort and attention on Linda that day. Great job girl. The rest of us helped in the little ways too, like our bargain session with team groom, bringing Linda's barang barangs around, reception during the dinner etc.

Not to mention, Linda was soooooooooooooooooooo beautiful and her hubby was really charming the whole day. It is so good for them to have found each other and make their world perfect. And guess what, we must have been too busy that I forgot to take a proper shot of the couple in their wedding gowns and suits. My photos are more of candid shots haha.

And how fortunate can a bride be? Linda and hubby went for advanced honeymoon to Greece and their cameraman friend followed on their 10-days trip to do photoshoot of them!!! The end result of the album was breathtaking. So much so that, the cameraman earned extra revenue by publishing their wedding pictures on 2000 copies of calendars circulating on the market now! If I were them, I would be overjoyed to be qualified as a cover models!!!

Our makeovers for the night were sponsored too! THANKS LINDA. Took the namecards of the makeover artist and the cameraman already hiak hiak.

Alright, all pictures and no words needed beyond this sentence...
